Chi Gong Tai Chi Wellness Introductory Class
Instructor – Elaine Johnson
This 30 minute class is appropriate for all age groups and fitness levels. Elaine will introduce us to the art of Chi Gong Tai Chi and share with us how God has used it in her life.
What to wear: T-shirt and shorts, capris, or long pants that allow you to move freely. You may bring a towel to sit on if you like.
*Zipline (If available) This is a past favorite of many retreating women. The three story tall zipline is the only portion of Pine Cove’s ropes course that is open off season. For $5/ each, you and three friends can fly down the line and race to the bottom! With your eyes open if you dare! Pine Cove has very knowledgeable workers on hand to assist you with the mandatory safety gear. If you haven’t experienced this thrill, you ought to give it a try.
